DESCRIPTION:Create monochromatic collagraphs inspired by Zarina’s minimalist musings on histories and geographies. \nCollage a variety of materials to form textured printing plates based on archival and current maps of Singapore. Learn inking techniques to transfer these collaged compositions onto paper\, creating tactile works that capture the beauty of personal cartographies. \nRecommended for ages 12 and above. \nParticipants are encouraged to bring materials with textured surfaces such as cardboard or thin pieces of wood for this class.
