SUMMARY:EAST OF ABSTRACTION: SHUHARI | SHIBUMI
DESCRIPTION:Whitestone Gallery Singapore is pleased to present EAST OF ABSTRACTION: SHUHARI | SHIBUMI\, opening on 24th March 2026. Bringing together five artists from China\, Japan\, and Korea — Katsuyoshi Inokuma\, Liu Ke\, Masayuki Tsubota\, Soonik Kwon\, and Tetsuo Mizu — the exhibition demonstrates the evolution of Asian abstraction across generations\, geographies\, and philosophical traditions. \nThe exhibition’s conceptual framework draws upon the Japanese principle of SHUHARI(守破離)\, a structure of learning and mastery that translates as “to follow\, to break\, to transcend.” Complementing this progression is SHIBUMI (渋み)\, an aesthetic sensibility rooted in restraint\, quiet depth\, and understated elegance. Together\, these concepts offer a lens through which to understand Asian abstraction — disciplined yet exploratory\, minimal yet expansive\, meditative yet intellectually rigorous.

SUMMARY:ANIMA MUNDI Solo Exhibitions
DESCRIPTION:ITSLIQUID Group\, in collaboration with ACIT Venice\, is delighted to invite you to the opening of three remarkable solo exhibitions by Anthony Emerton\, Justyna Kubica\, and Rosita Fernandes. The event will be inaugurated on May 07\, 2026\, at 06:00 PM at the historic Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello in Venice\, running until May 13\, serving also as an ideal introduction to the new edition of ANIMA MUNDI 2026. \nThis event coincides with the opening week of the 61st Venice Biennale\, the most prestigious and vibrant time for contemporary art worldwide. To mark this significant occasion\, a triad of visionary solo exhibitions is presented\, featuring three compelling artists who have collaborated with ITSLIQUID for several years. This long-standing relationship has allowed for a deep curation that offers the public a chance to explore three distinct creative worlds. Within the baroque elegance of Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello\, a unique journey is proposed: from the silent\, balanced abstraction of Emerton to the structural distillation of Kubica\, concluding with the profound\, emotional reflections on humanity by Fernandes. It is an immersive experience designed to provide an authentic look at the international art scene during Venice’s most important week.

SUMMARY:RITUALS - ANIMA MUNDI 2026
DESCRIPTION:ITSLIQUID Group\, in collaboration with ACIT Venice – Italian-German Cultural Association\,\nis pleased to announce the opening of RITUALS\, the first appointment of ANIMA MUNDI\n2026. The exhibition will open on May 20\, 2026\, at Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello in Venice and\nwill run until June 04\, 2026.\nANIMA MUNDI is the vital energy that flows through all things\, the subtle force connecting\nevery form of existence\, from natural to artificial\, visible to invisible. Understood since\nPlato’s Timaeus as the soul of a living universe\, it returns today as an intuitive awareness\nof an invisible but active network that sustains transformation\, coexistence\, and renewal\nacross matter\, time\, and life. It is the underlying rhythm that links ecosystems\, human and\nnon-human entities\, and balances the continuous evolution of the world. Within this\nframework\, artists\, designers\, and architects are invited to explore how this universal\nenergy manifests today\, investigating the subtle correspondences between soul and body\,\nhumanity and nature\, and organic and synthetic worlds.
