Amanda Ariawan

Who has time for long posts anyway? We keep things short and snappy here, with a curated selection of the bite-sized information about Southeast Asian art.
Amanda Ariawan is a young curator and art writer based in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. She obtained her Master of Research in Contemporary Art Exhibition Production degree from Université de Lille 3, France. Since then, her curatorial practice has involved working in response to both gallery settings and unconventional spaces for art. Many of her projects involve social mapping and inclusive public programming. Through her exhibitions, she hopes to amplify the voices of Southeast Asian artists.
