Rachel Poonsiriwong

Rachel Poonsiriwong (she/they) is a media art curator and interaction designer. Her work investigates the tension and reciprocity between cultural memory and emerging technologies, with a focus on ritual and intergenerational trauma. She has curated multidisciplinary exhibitions in San Francisco, Rochester, and Singapore. Rachel holds a BFA in Interaction Design with a minor in the History of Art and Visual Culture from California College of the Arts. She is currently pursuing a Master in Design Studies (Mediums) at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where she examines culturally intelligent interfaces through media culture.
