20 October 2021 – Moving Plates at Mulan Gallery

With the exception of STPI Creative Workshop and Gallery, which generally only exhibits the works of mid-career and established artists, there are few dedicated opportunities for printmaking artists to exhibit their work in Singapore. Enter Moving Plates at Mulan Gallery, which addresses precisely this gap. From now until 13 November, swing by the cosy gallery space along Armenian Street to check out the works of 10 Singapore artists in a diverse range of printmaking techniques. This inaugural edition of what it pitched to be an annual group printmaking edition showcases an exciting range of explorations of this medium.

What’s special about the exhibition is also its educational aspect, as the gallery has included information on how some of the printmaking techniques are done alongside a display of the materials used to create the prints. Check it out here:
