Nathalie Johnston fell in love with Myanmar at age 13 and it has pretty much defined the trajectory of her life ever since. After completing her MA in Contemporary Art History at Sotheby's Institute Singapore, she moved to Beijing to work with Great Leap Brewing. Making and serving beer really prepared her for what was next - hanging out with artists. She has curated exhibitions and art educational projects in Myanmar since 2012, where she founded and currently runs Myanm/art, an experimental space for artists from Myanmar. She occasionally updates their website at www.myanmartevolution.com. She's originally from Virginia, USA but Yangon, Myanmar is her hometown.
